All of our Bathroom Centres now have dedicated Trade Buddies who are there to look after you.
They have great product knowledge and enjoy working with Trades people. It doesn’t matter which of our sales team has handled the sale with your customer, you’ll only have to deal with your Trade Buddy and we’ll be doing everything we can to make these sales go smoothly. As soon as the sale is made, your Trade Buddy will fax/email/post/ a copy of the order to you so that you can see if your customer has ordered everything. We’ll ring to tell you when we’re going to deliver the goods and then again to confirm delivery and that the order is complete.

If there are any after-sales issues, you or your customers can ring your Trade Buddy and he/she will do everything to resolve the problems ASAP. What’s more, your Trade Buddy can arrange for someone to meet you on site if you need assistance with specifications or prices. We can even provide you with a photo realistic design service if you need it.
